THE BEAM TEAM RESPECT 

As promised from my last blog, I said I would speak to Woodland Beam’s Client Services Division, and true to my word, here is my take on their full service offering.

Launched in January of 2005, co-creators and Master Carpenters, Mike Capuzzo and Jon Sefcik wanted to fill a need to provide a quality hollow faux beam, and to build a customer service division to equal their product performance. Under the watchful eyes of these two men, Woodland Beam became the bar by which other box beam manufacturers are measured.
 
In our fast paced American life, multi-tasking is the norm, often times eroding the due respect our clients deserve. Mike and Jon, as part of their product offering, know that without respectful, authentic, attention to the needs of their clients, their unique products will not reach their full potential. That is why every employee understands the value of the client, the need for personal and focused attention, and scheduled followups for each and every project to insure client satisfaction. From the first phone call or email, the Woodland Beam Team snaps to ever-ready attention to make the client experience pleasurable.

Fear and uncertainty often accompany a purchase and design element such as beams, so the good news is the proven experience and confidence of “The Beam Team”  regarding the most appropriate option to create the aesthetic for every scenario, can calm even the most harried beast.
 
Nestled in Cave Creek, AZ, this modest manufacturing facility turns out some of the most authentic Arizona wood beams I’ve ever seen. I love using them. It is always a treat to watch an oversized space morph into something more interesting and often times intimate. Best of all is to watch our clients squeal with delight when the project is completed and the celebration begins. So in closing, our jobs run pretty smooth, because “The Beam Team” has kept the client informed throughout the specifying, purchasing, and installation process, thereby eliminating client surprises.
